Momentum Support Pathways provides non-therapeutic capacity-building supports focused on practical skill development, independence, and participation in everyday life.

Our supports are non-clinical and delivered in line with participant goals, NDIS funding requirements, and choice and control principles.

Where a participant’s goals require regulated therapeutic support, they may independently choose to engage Specialised MSP Services, a separate trading name of Uber Industries Pty Ltd.

Specialised MSP Services engages qualified independent AHPRA-registered therapists, including:

• Occupational Therapists
• Psychologists
• Physiotherapists
• Exercise Physiologists
• Registered Nurses
• Speech Pathologist 
• Other registered allied health professionals
   

These therapists are not employees. They operate as independent contractors under their own professional registration, insurance, and clinical governance obligations.

Therapeutic services are:

• Separately assessed
• Separately consented to
• Governed by their own service agreements
• Delivered within each practitioner’s professional scope
   

Engaging therapeutic services is entirely optional and is not required to access Momentum Support Pathways supports.

Participants are free to:

• Choose whether or not to engage therapeutic services
• Access external providers if preferred
• Continue non-therapeutic supports independently
   

Momentum Support Pathways does not require participants to use any related professional service.

We structure our services to protect participant choice, maintain clinical independence, and ensure transparency.

By engaging independent AHPRA-registered therapists rather than employing them directly, we ensure clinical decisions remain professionally governed and participants retain full freedom to choose the supports that best suit their needs.
